I successfully delivered projects for a variety of clients in differing industry sectors to support them in ensuring compliance with the new IR35 tax requirements.
The projects differed, tailored to each organisation’s needs. The work delivered included:
Project management
IR35 assessments using either CEST or external online tool
Consultation, support and information delivery for client’s external Contractors
Set up of ongoing processes for future engagement of external Contractors, to fit with existing procurement and supplier processes, supported by mapping documentation
Creation and delivery of training for line managers together with supporting documentation
Update of client policies to reflect new obligations and processes
