Examples of previous cases include:
a grievance lodged against the MD of the organisation
complex disciplinary investigation of a senior employee
dismissal appeal for an employee where the CEO had made the dismissal decision at hearing
All cases referred so far have been resolved, with full documentation and outcome reports provided to the client.
In just one case, a Settlement Agreement was used as part of the resolution. In all cases so far, no ET claims have been lodged (albeit with one case remaining in the three-month claim window).
